A soothing blend of Elderberries, Echinacea, Astragulus Root, Peppermint, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cloves. Will make between 5-8 cups of tea, depending on desired strength.
Add 1/2 to 1 full Tbsp, to 10-12 ounces of water. Cover and simmer on low, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and allow to steep an additional 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
Add a squeeze of lemon, and sweeten with honey or sweetener of choice!
