4 oz bottle of locally crafted shrub. Also known as "drinking vinegar," a shrub is a flavored vinegar that can be used as a healthy mixer in cocktails and mocktails. Add a shot to some sparkling water for a tangy, refreshing beverage!

Use this non-alcoholic cocktail mixer to make Bourbon Barrel Aged Old Fashioned. It contains classic bittering agents like gentian root and cinchona bark along with burnt sugar, spices and a bit of orange peel. Aged in Willett bourbon barrels to allow the flavors to come together and ramp up the intensity. 0.5 oz makes one or two drinks, depending on how you like it!
