Burger, Beef Bacon

1 - 1.1 lbs. These blade-tenderized steaks are dry aged for the best flavor and texture.  They're great for traditional southern-style "chicken fried steak" or crock-pot stroganoff, but also make a great steak-burger, a fantastic French dip, and an outstanding Philly cheese steak.

12 oz. All-lamb merguez, seasoned with the best Hungarian sweet paprika, fresh garlic, Tellicherry black pepper, and fresh shallots. Fennel seeds and spearmint leaves, along with coriander, cumin, and Greek oregano play supporting roles. This merguez is great grilled or with couscous.

Tender beef short ribs slow cooked in au jus and drenched in a Cabernet glaze. Two servings. Fully cooked, comes frozen and ready to thaw, heat and serve!
